Exploring Unique Rug Pads

Rug pads aid in the prevention of bacteria, odor, mildew and mold build up. Over time, friction can rub through the finish of your floor. As you can imagine, when you are walking on a rug with a pad underneath it will be much more comfortable.

Rug pads reduce slippage. You don’t want the rug pad to show, so it should be cut to be at least 1/2″ smaller all the way around. You want to make sure that you get a rug pad that is of high quality, and of course, one that is known to get the job done. Rug pads come in all shapes and sizes and most can be sized with a pair of household scissors.
